Does Cognizant already have an existing Workday practice?
Collaborative Solutions will be Cognizant's new (and only) Workday practice, forming a key pillar of Cognizant’s enterprise platforms business alongside our other platform (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Pega and Adobe) and functional practices.
Will the delivery approach change?
No, our delivery methodology and packaging will remain the same as we continue to offer best-in-class services, solutions, and expertise that our clients have come to know and love.
How will this affect my current support team and structure?
Your current points of contact will remain the same. For projects and/or post-production services, you will continue to work with your trusted client partner, engagement manager, and/or consultants. The current ticketing system process will remain as is in Salesforce Service Cloud.
As a global firm, does Cognizant operate offshore? What if we are not interested in utilizing offshore resources?
Your current contractual agreement utilizing onshore resources will continue to be honored.
