OUR LEADERSHIP

Susan is Chief Customer Officer at Collaborative. She oversees the delivery of consulting services and drives the company’s commitment to its core delivery values of outstanding customer service, scalable and predictable solutions, sustained services quality, and efficient operations.

Susan is a seasoned professional, with over 25 years of experience driving strategy and execution in consulting services. She is a skilled leader who excels at inspiring and motivating her teams and she serves as a trusted advisor to both colleagues and customers. With expertise in a variety of implementation roles, from Project Manager to Executive Sponsor, she has effectively led complex global projects and teams for both commercial and Education and Government customers. Susan is based in Reno, Nevada.

Bonnie is the Chief People Officer at Collaborative. She has over 25 years of experience in human resources and recruiting for high tech software and consulting companies and been with Collaborative for more than 11 years. She is responsible for, and passionate about recruiting and retaining top talent, developing strong company culture and increasing employee performance. She manages our tremendous growth and thrives in translating business goals and objectives into an HR strategy. Her strength is matching great people to great opportunities, creating win/win situations for both employee and company. Prior to Collaborative, Bonnie worked at PeopleSoft, Portal Software, Calico Commerce, and InQuira.

Bonnie holds a Juris Doctor and a BA in Communications. Bonnie is based in Pleasanton, California.

Andrew is the EVP of Global Sales at Collaborative Solutions and leads Collaborative’s sales organization. He joined the Collaborative team in late 2016 after tenures at iModules and Blackboard and has over 15 years' experience in the software/technology space. After successfully growing Collaborative’s education and government practices, Andrew's role expanded to include Collaborative’s healthcare sales team and eventually all of Collaborative’s industry sales teams. Key to Andrew’s success is his focus on people, processes, and technology as well as his extensive experience working with different industries and Workday.

Andrew has a degree from Oral Roberts University. When he isn’t managing Collaborative’s global sales efforts, Andrew is usually spending time with his family or playing golf.

Michelle Eaton is Vice President of Sales for Collaborative Solutions Europe, Middle East and Africa. She leads the region in partnership with Sunny Khutan, Vice President of Delivery.

Michelle has over 25 years’ experience in global HR and Finance transformation and over 7 years of experience operating within the Workday eco-system.  Michelle specialises in nurturing sales teams and expanding their reach into new territories and domains. 

Outside of work, Michelle, and her husband love to renovate and restore period properties together.  Most weekend you will find her at her island holiday home by the sea, enjoying long beach walks with her dogs or simply unwinding with good food in the company of visiting family and friends.

Michelle is based in our London office in the United Kingdom.

Alongside Mark Ohlin, Duane heads up the Collaborative Solutions Asia Pacific operation. With six years’ experience in the Workday Ecosystem and a further 24 helping customers adopt Oracle Applications around the world, Duane brings a unique blend of domain knowledge and global experience to provide guidance to people embarking on enterprise transformation.

Duane is known for his ability to assemble and develop the best and most talented teams in the industry. These teams are responsible for the unmatched track record of successful assignments for both local and international customers.

An avid mountain bike rider and skier, Duane spend as much time as he can at his second home in the Victorian high country. During the Australian summer, he recommends heading to Japan where he and his family often go to escape the heat and hit the snow. Duane is based in Sydney, Australia.

Kathleen Leonard is the EVP, Consulting Services and a member of the Office of the CEO. She has 25+ years of experience in Consulting, working for firms such as Ceridian and NGA HR. She is a versatile and energic professional with significant leadership, operational and product experience. She is strategic, decisive and action oriented with a proven track record of results. Kathleen is especially passionate about our people and fostering an environment of inclusion and belonging. Along with Sponsoring our Associate program for recent college graduates. She thrives in mentoring and coaching our Associates to aspiring leaders in the organization.

Kathleen holds a BABS from Chapman University. Outside of work you can find Kathleen with her husband and two kids outdoors hiking or out on the water. She resides in South Orange County, California.

Antonia serves as General Counsel for Collaborative. She began her legal career at a boutique law firm that focused on family law and estate planning in California. After re-locating to Northern Virginia, Antonia held senior legal positions in large and diverse technology companies. As General Counsel, Antonia oversees the legal affairs of the company, manages customer and vendor transactions, and assists with compliance and employment matters.

Antonia holds a Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Davis. She is licensed to practice law in the State of California and the Commonwealth of Virginia. In her spare time, Antonia enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs. Her hobbies include traveling, playing the piano, watercolor painting, and CrossFit. Antonia is based in Reston, Virginia.
