Senior Vice President Finance, ChristianaCareAs the SVP, Finance, Bonnie Graham is responsible for financial accounting and reporting, financial planning and analysis, treasury and revenue cycle functions across ChristianaCare, one of the country’s most dynamic health care organizations, centered on improving health outcomes, making high-quality care more accessible, and lowering health care costs. Bonnie has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Clemson University and is a CPA in Maryland. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Robert Shoemaker
Vice President and CFO, CommuniCareRob Shoemaker is the Corporate Chief Financial Officer at CommuniCare Health, a post-acute care provider specializing in skilled nursing rehabilitation centers, long-term care centers, assisted living communities, independent senior living communities, and behavioral health hospitals. Prior to joining CommuniCare, Rob spent over 10 years at acute care and pediatric hospitals after beginning his career in public accounting. Rob received his B.S. in Accounting from Boston College and his M.B.A. in finance from Xavier University.

Scott Moyer
Porftolio Director, Collaborative SolutionsScott Moyer is a Portfolio Director for Collaborative Solutions’ TOLA/South region and was previously the CFO of 5 companies including two divisions of Siemens Corporation and various privately held or PE-backed firms. Scott has 29 years of financial management experience including international assignments/projects with Coca-Cola, Arthur Andersen and PwC. He brings extensive experience in planning, budgeting, management reporting and auditing (internal and external) to his clients. Scott is a graduate of both UC Riverside (BS in Administrative Studies) and Georgia Tech (MS in Management) and a former CPA.
