Corey Kuhns
Sr. Director, People Systems Infrastructure & Operations, WeWorkCorey Kuhns is the Senior Director of People Systems Infrastructure and Operations at WeWork, a real estate company that provides flexible workspaces and business solutions to startups and enterprise customers in over 100 cities globally. Prior to WeWork, she served as a Principal Consultant for Collaborative Solutions. In 10 years supporting HR technology and Workday, Corey has helped companies in a variety of industries implement and transform systems, and establish effective production support models. Corey has a B.A. in Criminology and Investigation and Women’s Studies from West Virginia University and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Delaware.

Shannon Marchand
Sr. Director Workforce Technology, Freddie MacAs Freddie Mac’s Workforce Technology Senior Director, Shannon Marchand leads a group of dedicated HR experts committed to enhancing the people experience with the right technology, services and solutions. She is responsible for the development, delivery and maintenance of workforce technology solutions including Workday as well as leading the HR Contact Center which provides employees with the answers they need in moments that matter. With more than 20 years of experience in both HR and Technology, Shannon’s approach is to always place the user at the center of any solution development. Freddie Mac has been on Workday since 2013 and continues to enhance and optimize the product including a recent implementation of Workday Recruitment. Shannon earned her Master of Arts in HR from Marymount University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from George Mason University.

Tia Smith
VP, People Development, Collaborative SolutionsTia Smith is the VP, People Development for Collaborative Solutions, and has spent her career working at the intersection of people and culture. She oversees global Talent and OD leadership across the organization, supporting more than 1,000 employees. As an innovative human capital strategist with over 23 years of experience, Tia has the ability to translate business vision into HR initiatives that improve performance, sustain growth, and foster deep employee engagement. Tia is a graduate of Western Kentucky University with a degree in Psychology/Sociology.

Danielle White
Vice President, Global Customer Engagement, Collaborative SolutionsDanielle White, VP of Global Customer Engagement, has spent over 20 years helping organizations with their HR transformations. She started her career in the staffing industry then went back to school and received her M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. After years of focusing on talent assessment and talent management, she is now passionate about uncovering how technology connects people and organizations.
