We take the customer comes first approach. We embrace this fundamental business philosophy in our ecosystem at all times by staying close to our customers. In fact, a member of the executive leadership team of Collaborative Solutions is assigned to each one of our customers. They are responsible for quality assurance oversight and ensuring the best customer experience possible. We listen, we learn, we gain a complete understanding of objectives, needs, goals, processes, challenges and we deliver to our customers. We combine expertise, innovative thinking, organizational insight, and strategic consulting services to ensure the success of our customers’ goals.

Our Community

Supporting our communities in our ecosystem is a core value. We believe that we must give back to our communities in order to continue enjoying the benefits they provide each of us. We do so through philanthropic support of national charities, with our key commitment to supporting the cause for Autism. We focus our overall efforts on organizations such as Autism Speaks and Generation Rescue, which assist in the Autism crisis by supporting research, knowledge transfer, legislative support and alternative treatment.

In addition to our company focus on Autism, we encourage stewardship in our people to support local charities in their own communities, where they work and live. We recognize the importance of civic engagement and the effectiveness of support for community participation. We also encourage our employees to focus on our environment by granting our employees paid days off to participate in green initiatives. Further, we provide our employees with a free subscription to Earth Class Mail™, which is an innovative, environment-friendly postal mail box and forwarding service that allows our employees the ability to receive their postal mail electronically, forward the physical documents they would like to receive and recycle the physical mail they do not want.
